I’ve stripped my room back to plasterboard, and the joints are already finished. I just need a smooth skim coat applied to the walls only (no ceiling). Room size: approx. 3.6 m × 4.7 m with 2.4 m ceilings (~40 m² wall area). Hey guys, Just finished render ( sand finish ), need a quote to paint the house. At the moment, just what you see and the right hand side. Back hasn’t been rendered yet. But will need you back in mid March to finish the rear Eves painted white Windows sanded and painted ( still deciding on white or monument like the roof ) Plaster shoal grey Bottom boxed render a couple shades darker.
