I need help painting the exterior of my property. Front of house, side wall, back of house as well as awning + posts. Two bedroom turn of the century cottage. Will provide images of property to successful applicant, but floor area of the house is 103m2 and property size (including front and back yard) is 238m2.

Experienced painters only. Single bedroom approx 4m x 2.9m with high ceilings (approx 3m) requires 2 paints of coat and small corner requires some patching/sanding. Can text photo of corner. Other walls in good condition. Job can be done in parts between 27 Oct up till 4 November. Platform/scaffold required, we will pay extra if you supply this.

Insulate and sheet the new ensuite bathroom. I’ll supply sheeting and insulation, you install. Base coat flushing to internal ready for tiling. Top coat to external side (bedroom side) ready for painting.

Some of the Tyrolean plaster stucco has been damaged above the brickwork on the side of the house that needs redoing (~11m x 1m). We'd also like the back/front of the porch gable covered (2x3mx1m) as well as the carport gable (3mx0.5m) in a colour to match the existing front stucco. Please include cleanup, but I will repaint the woodwork on the front of the porch gable. I understand this sort of plastering is a dying art, so please let me know your experience with plastering and how you will do the job. Thanks!

I have re-painted a few rooms in my house, but I would like someone with more painting talent than myself to do the final 60 or so linear metres of skirting boards, wall around the window, door frames and one wooden window frame. I've provided photos of all the types of skirts and frames. I'll provide paint and I have 2 Monarch brushes in 50mm and 63mm that are in good nick. I also have one cotton drop sheet seen in the photos, but feel more than free to use your own brushes and drop sheet. - Due date: Before Monday, 14 November 2022

I need a person who can repair and paint over some chips on some walls and cornices The walls appear to be brick veneer and the cornices are wood

We have some light to moderate mould on walls (paint and tiles) and ceiling in bathroom. The bathroom is 2.00m. x 3.20m. and the ceilings are 3.00m. We would like the mould cleaned, and treated to prevent recurrence. - Due date: Flexible

Sand back paint from around windows and put an undercoat and overcoat on top, leaving windows without paint. Paint and sandpaper supplied. - Due date: Flexible
