Looking for someone to remove mould from bathroom roof, walls, cupboard and shower grout and treat if possible so it doesn’t regrow. If I need to buy something to treat let me know. If you can supply, even better. Also from one wall of lounge room. Also if you can work out how to check for mould and treat in building vents that would be great too. They are covered with fine mesh though. Double vaxxed only please. Job needs to be done after next Thur as have some junk to put out to the clean up which is in the way. Pics attached.

The main office wall was damaged when removing a sticker. The paint peeled off leaving a ridge as it had been painted poorly in the past by several tenants. Whilst the wall has been repainted recently, there is still some ridging. The wall needs to be sanded & repainted again where the damage has occurred, approx 1xm2. Undercoat & paint is provided.

I’m looking for some help on styling and interior design for a two-bedroom unit that's currently unoccupied. It's an old unit and we'd like to have the carpet replaced by floor boards and the wallpaper to be stripped off and the walls repainted. The kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet also need to be modernised (currently the look is very 80s). Lighting fixtures need to be updated too. We like the Scandi look with small pops of colour to add a little fun. The look we are after is light, with natural/pastel tones, and functional. We are an outdoorsy and active couple who enjoy bushwalking and would like to have tasteful storage where we can store our outdoor gear. We also want the interiors to have touches that celebrate the Australian flora and fauna. Furnishings made out of natural material such as wood are preferred (e.g. I have a live edge wooden dining table which will be moved to this renovated unit).
