Room 1 - We have a study which had a few shelves screwed to the walls. They've been removed. We have those holes that need filling and a basic paint over too. Room 2 - Our dining room had curtain rails which are gone so the holes need patching and painting over. We have a steel plate along a wall in there and need that removed and painted under it. Room 3 (optional) - we have a bathroom with a few loose small tiles on the ground and a few small tiles missing we'd like repaired. I don't have any spare tiles. Similar /close enough is fine. Don't have any matched paint spare so would need your help to get some paint for the job. Same goes for the tiles. If you can only do the paint job just let me know and we can agree on a price for just the patching and paint work. Ideally done as soon as possible.

It needs removal of current enamel paint and repair of a large hole- it is rusty, will need a good clean. For repaint with enamel paint and attachment of new door knobs. - Need a reliable professional painter that can do interior Painting for my 4 bedrooms 2 Storey house. - All walls and doors are to be painted with the same colour as shown in pictures. - Bathrooms and Ceilings are not required except only 2 Ceilings required to be painted (see floor plan picture for details). - Location is in Eastwood NSW. - House is currently unoccupied and available everyday including weekends. - All furniture will be removed and house will be ready for painting except there is a wardrobe needs to be removed from the wall in bedroom 1 (see picture). The wardrobe is attached to the wall with some sort of bolt screwed to the wall so some tools might be required to remove it but it shouldn't be a great deal of effort.
