Leaky tile roof ~ 5 years ago now fixed - no leaks Mould marks on ceilings worse in rear rooms of dwelling but also some spots in other rooms. Require treat mould and repaint ceilings in preparation for sale of property.

UPDATE: I removed the need for painting, I can do this myself. Update offers appropriately. We had a beehive removed from the garage ceiling corner and it needs patching. This includes the cornice and preparation for painting, which I can do. It's a little bit difficult because there is a roller door in the way, but it can be moved out of the way a bit. There will be extra in it if you can also get the roller door working again!
