I need the wall in my home patched

Hi, We're after an experienced handyman or painter to paint the concrete retaining wall for us, top and bottom. The bottom wall is approximately 25m long by 2.5m or so in height. The top concrete sleepers are maybe 1m high. The bottom wall has been washed and the top one would need to be washed before painting (or i can do this before the job starts if its an issue). I will also supply all the paint. I need someone experienced, detailed and that can do a good job. I'm happy for them to get started asap but please ask the questions (if you need any clarification) before making an offer.
