Cans of black spray paint so I can finish off work on my vehicle

The internal paint on my catamaran is flaking off in small chips. Loose paint needs to be scrapped off with a stiff (wire?) brush (not sanded), vacuumed out, painted with 'Peel Stop' paint sealer then painted with the finish coat. Each hull is approximately 7m long x 1.3m high x 1.0m wide. It is possible to sit in the hulls but the ends can only be reached by lying down and/or using an extension pole with variously a brush or small roller. It sounds complex but it's actually a small area but in a somewhat confined space.

Have the paint and equipment. Internal only at this stage. Have 3 bedrooms, lounge room, dining room/kitchen combo, 1.5 bathrooms to paint. I will assist. Need to get it done next week (beginning 16 aug).
