I have a couple of repairs I need doing before I exit my lease. A painting fell on the skirting board and one of my 3M strips pulled some paint / left behind residue.

The room is 2m x 1m x standard ceiling height (2.7m) It is empty. Has one doorway and one small window. We have the wallpaper already. Wallpaper is 535 mm wide and the pattern repeats every 640 mm.

Need one bedroom painted white (4.60 m x 3.60 m). All four walls are exposed brick. 1 coat of primer + 2 coats of white (I will supply paint) Ceiling to be included, one coat ceiling white (I will supply) Room will be completed cleared out of all furniture and window furnishings.
