Specific Job Details: The oven doesn't get to the set temperature. The seal seems to be intact. I think it might be the bottom element, not sure. But everything takes twice as long to cook, the bottom of some dishes is not cooked properly. The bench above the stove gets up to 70 degrees. I thought it was the seal but not too sure, it sems intact. Need someone to come have a look and give me a quote.
