Help set up a mesh wifi network using google home

I need help setting up my modem and routers at home according to best settings. I have NBN fiber with AussieBroadband, a TP-Link AX1800 as a modem, and two TP-Link Decos for routers and mesh network. The problem is that though I'm getting 800mbs when I wired in my devices, in WiFi I'm only getting 40-120mbs—even when the device is half a meter away from the modem! See diagram attached to see my current setup. I need someone to come over here, review my setup, do the needed configuration changes in the device, and if needed speak on the phone with AussieBroadband.

I have a TP Link controller and a network gateway, with through AC3600 access points and a D link router that I’d like someone to attend and get into the settings and make it all work seem less. It currently broadcasts two different networks I’d like it to be one seamless network for all three access points. And see if they are all setup correctly including the controller and the d link router as well. Don’t need help with positioning them just more the back end settings stuff.

Transfer seizure camera across to the TP-Link network. Connect and configure the printer via Ethernet and ensure it's stable across devices on the network. My Google Home devices have stopped playing nicely since I replaced my modem. There are three displays and three speakers across a two storey townhouse. Previously they worked well via my iPhone with Google Home and Google Assistant apps, and I had them set up for groups in different zones. This was great for 3 years until the recent modem replacement. Now the displays will work for me individually but the speakers are confused and when included in a zone like ‘whole house’ it all falls apart. Need someone who can think like a Google device but work with an iPhone! I work from home so am fairly flexible on timing.

I am having difficulties with incoming/outgoing connections

The two business owners require access to a shared network, one director has this on his computer and the second director needs access from their computer which Microsoft keeps locking them out within a Microsoft environment.

Customer moved his network upstairs when he thought he might flood. Now he has reconnected it he cant get it back on to NBN. To me it looks like the router has reset and is in the wrong operation mode. I cant remote repair because there is no internet. Customer needs to get back online asap.
