Hi, We will need a plumber to check whether the shower head/ or shower pipe that is leaking, and the water even flow out from the shower room to the carpet. The price will be the checking fee, any additional costs to fix the issue will be discuss in the later stage.

JOB 1 - MORE URGENT We have an issue with an upstairs bathroom shower that appears to be leaking. A small hole has started to form on the ceiling of the lower level. The hole is directly underneath the drain of the upstairs shower suggesting that there is either a leak with the drain pipe from the shower above, or there is a leak somewhere else within the shower. I am pretty sure it is a leak from the drain pipe however. So the job would be to firstly locate the leak which would mean removing part of the downstairs ceiling to investigate, replace / fix the leaking pipe, and then re-patch the ceiling and paint to make good again. If the issue is somewhere else in the shower itself, then we will need this looked at and fixed as well. JOB 2 There has formed another small hole/crack in the downstairs ceiling area. This part of the house does not have a second story above which suggests there is a potential leak from the roof somewhere. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, My toilet does not automatically stop filling after flushing. Water keeps running continuously unless I manually turn the water tap off. Currently, every time we flush: • We have to turn the water on • Wait for it to fill • Then manually turn it off It seems like the fill valve or float mechanism may need adjustment or replacement. Closed couple toilet cistern is leaking from cistern and pan connection point. Toilet pan/cistern leak requires proper fix. Possibly require carefully pulling pan forward (it is in place by using silicone), tightening the cistern to pan bolts and nuts with new washers and putting back pan with silicone.
