Please use blankets to protect the mattress during transportation. There are plastic sheets at the garage which you can use to cover the mattress also. Drop off location is a ground floor apartment unit. You will have to park the car outside the gate and bring the mattress 50 meters inside to the door. There are only 5 steps at the door. I can help you lift the mattress on the door steps.
