This requires you to fill out a few notes on the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally not spending anymore than 20-30minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers.
