Need complete deep cleans to my 8 apartment/airbnb's. These cleans I want to complete every 4 months for each apartment so it's a chance for consistent work into the forseeable future. Description: Deep clean 4x5m bedroom with 4x1m built in's + 5x1m balcony. Bedroom and built in's: Mop and vacuum, hardwood floors, no carpet. Remove dust/grime from all nooks and crannies, including built in sliding door rails, all built-in surfaces, drawers, skirting. Remove command hooks from wall, remove labels from built-ins Scrape or otherwise remove wax and other residue from wooden floorboards. Balcony: Currently contains 50kg (about 15 rubbish bags worth) of unwanted refuse, mostly old clothes, home goods, and assorted trash. This all needs to be removed and disposed of (Down one flight of stairs). Balcony needs light scrub. Glass doors to balcony need quick clean (if time permits) Lightly brush down balcony, spot clean residue. More detail in photos.
