Tenants have basic furniture in there but will need: - basic high end accessories and ornaments (pot plants, books, etc) - bedside tables for 3 bedrooms - blankets/ pillows/ cushions for staging the beds - a table/ chairs for balcony - very large TV (non operational) - kitchen accessories / decorations - wall prints Vibe is ultra contemporary and high end accessories Also need you to go in for each open and tidy and generally make presentable. I have recently moved homes and while the rest of house is done I have to still complete some unpacking and mostly organising my home office and therapy room (I am a speechie that works with kids). I have a bad back so the additional help also means less time bent over things. As an ADHDer having someone to help encourages my motivation of getting tasks started and completed. (No stairs besides lifting smaller items into our roof attics up a ladder) 2 beds (1 queen, 1 king) Office desk 2 Couches 3 large rugs 2 low boy drawers with items inside Some boxes and other smaller items And some things need to be lifted into storage in our roof via our ladder. I will have everything ready and labeled where it needs to go so we can just start playing Tetris with the furniture and boxes when you arrive.
