I have a 74m² front yard lawn that needs urgent cosmetic repair ahead of an event on December 6. The current grass is Buffalo (Sir Walter) and is thinned out/bare in high-traffic corner areas. I need a professional gardener/landscaper to supply materials and complete the following: 1. Ground Prep & Turf Laying (Approx 20m² total): • Dig out 3–4 bare/damaged patches (totaling approx 20m²). • Supply and lay fresh lawn soil/sandy loam base to level the ground. • Supply and install 20m² of instant turf (Must match existing Buffalo/Sir Walter). • Dispose of the old spoil/waste (I have a green bin available, but excess may need to be taken away). 2. Dog Protection (Temp Fencing): • Supply and install approx 5 meters of temporary fencing (e.g., star pickets and orange mesh or plastic lattice) to block the dog from the main new patch while it establishes. 3. The "Green Up" (Whole Lawn): • Mow the existing grass (avoiding the new patch if possible or mowing high). • Apply a commercial-grade Liquid Fertilizer + Wetting Agent to the whole 74m² area to get a deep green colour and help water absorption before the deadline. Access: • Front gate access available. • Parking in street. Requirements: • Must have experience laying turf. • Must be able to match the grass type (I can send close-up photos to confirm). • Must be reliable—deadline is strict. Roll out new grass to approx <30sqm area Please note, this is a step down area, grass will be level with the edging of garden bed shown. Job should not be more than 3-4 hours of labour. Thanks!
