Brian completed the task. He cut the back and front lawn and did a good job of the hedge. However he did not complete the edging as requested and when I asked him to attend to this he said “he could not remove the grass roots” that were hanging over the paver. I was disappointed in his response as he kept asking for me to release the funds and did not rectify.
