The laundry tub needs replacing. I have the same Clark laundry tub model.

Small laundry tub needs installing, along with tap, some piping, and hole patching (as seen in photos). Most, if not all materials for the job, have been purchased.

Basin and shower set need new washers and need a basic mixer set installed over laundry tub

Supply & install laundry tub including hot & cold water taps. Back to back with the existing one as show in pictures

We are looking for a plumber to move our laundry tub taps to our bathroom sink, and install new taps and washers in the shower bath (4), plus new taps over the laundry tub (2). We are providing the new taps. Also replace the silicon bead/seal around the bathtub and sink and vanity. If you could do around the kitchen edging that would be great too, but not mandatory. Require original oversized laundry tub removed and smaller tub installed. So washing machine can be installed in place. Plumbing underneath sink needs to be redone. Have existing mixer in place.
