Need the laptop working. Not too tech savy.

Device: INFINITY-V5-9R6-88 Gaming Laptop (5 years old) Specs: Intel i7, RTX 2060 6GB, 16GB RAM, 144Hz display Issue: Laptop randomly shuts off. Burning smell from the battery area when this happens. Troubleshooting Attempted: Without battery (using wall adapter only): Works for basic tasks (no crashes). Gaming performance drops significantly (lower FPS in intense games). With battery (new replacements tried): Laptop shuts off when plugged in. Batteries do not charge (noticed with both new batteries). Suspected Causes: Battery/power circuit damage: Burning smell suggests overheating or short circuits in the charging port, battery terminal, or motherboard. Power delivery issue: The laptop may rely on combined battery + adapter power for full gaming performance. Without the battery, the adapter alone can’t supply enough power. My printer set up appears wrong. My email needs to work on my i-phone. Glitches on my i-phome need addressing. I need to recover a video from TEAMS. I need to connect a WI FI booster (but don't have a disk player as supplied with the product purchased) The same person needs to be able to address all of these.

My laptop turns on but the screen remains black and the keyboard doesn't work. Sometimes the screen turns on but the keyboard wont be working.

Hi I need assistance with my laptop please, I don't understand a few issues at hand & don't want to mess with it

My laptop's too slow. I have an Acer, dual core. Bought it about 5 years ago. I had the memory split into two operating systems after I bought it. I am not currently using one of the operating systems, because one of my kids caused the password to enter that operating system, to fail. I haven't been able to fix this problem. The other operating system that I am using, is starting to slow. I wanna see if this can be improved? There are probably numerous, more minor problems, that I want to see if they can be resolved? I can't think of the minor problems right now, but there are some. I can go over the minor problems when someone comes to fix things. I'm happy to pay $50/hour, with a minimum of $50 to start. After the first hour, it will be $20/each 20 mins, or less than each 20 mins. Once the job reaches the hour, it will revert to $50/hour. E.g. if the job lasts 1hr, 40mins, it will be $50 + 2 x $20 = $90. If the job lasts 2 hours, it will be $50 x 2 = $100. If the job lasts just 40 mins, it will be a minimum of $50.
