Approximate dimensions: • Length: 14 m • Width: 1.3 m • Area: ~18.2 m² • Ground is currently approximately 180 mm below the adjacent concrete level We are considering artificial turf and would like the quote to include: • Filling and levelling as required • Appropriate fill and compacted base materials • Ground preparation and compaction • Appropriate drainage/fall • Supply and installation of durable, low-maintenance artificial turf • Finished turf level to transition neatly with the existing concrete • Neat finishing along the concrete and boundary fence • Maintaining access to the existing sewer/manhole cover • Removal of excess material/waste and final clean-up I can provide photos. The measurements are approximate, so I understand if you can only provide an indicative quote initially. Remove a minimum of 100 mm of existing soil from the designated garden area. Also remove and take away construction soil. Supply and install new garden timber edging. Install small trees. The tree will be provided. Supply and install clean, suitable topsoil for the new turf area. Level and prepare the new soil to ensure a suitable, even surface for turf installation. Hi, I’m looking for an experienced landscaper to complete my backyard in Wollert. The backyard is a narrow irregular trapezoid shape that tapers toward one end. Please see attached photo for reference. Scope of Works: 1. Supply and install large square concrete pavers in a straight grid layout (even spacing). 2. Install compacted crushed rock base and bedding sand. 3. Fill gaps between pavers with decorative gravel. 4. Install brick edging between mulch and stone on the left side only. 5. On the right side: remove small plant area and brick edging and replace with decorative gravel only. 6. Level and prepare all ground properly. No plants required.
