We would like large asymmetrical bluestone stepping stones put down in the area outlined in yellow in the listing photos. We would like the pavers to be surrounded by native, low-maintenance, drought-tolerant grasses/shrubs/mosses. We are open to suggestions with the species. We will put a rosemary bush or similar in the spot outlined in green. The area is roughly 4m x 3.5m. I have included some example photos of how we would like the stones to look. Thanks.

The land at rear of my property falls away and I want to level the land. My neighbour adjoining also wants a new fence. The plan is to build a retaining wall and then fill the land to make flat. Then build a timber fence on top of the retaining wall. I need an engineering report and advice to pass council requirements. I also want it to be safe. Photos are reference points only.
