Replace existing sink mixer with new one. Pictures show new and old.

The metallic tube under the kitchen sink connecting the hot water wall pipe to the faucet seemmed to burst this evening sending hot water everywhere. I'm urgently look from someone to fix this for a reasonable price. Also, about 6 months ago, the faucet on top, started to pivot left and right froom the base when we turned it, and we were loooking to get it fixed but considered it low priority. However that with the new burst tube (the taped up pipes in the photos) it's pretty urgent as we've turned the hot water off and can only use cold. Please let us know a) if you can do this and b) how much it would roughly cost. It's urgent and we will be around this weekend during the AMs and PMs. Or alternatively, I should be Working From Home Monday so can come any time then. Thanks.

Brass nut under sink needs to be tightened as tap fitting is loose, easy job - I just don’t have tools and access is narrow.
