We had to unplug our Telstra internet box during last nights storm and need someone experienced with Telstra/NBN setups to reconnect it properly and ensure everything is working. Scope of work: • Reconnect Telstra modem and any related cables • Check all connections are correct and secure • Troubleshoot if internet isn’t connecting • Confirm Wi-Fi is up and running before leaving This should be a quick job for someone familiar with Telstra boxes and standard home NBN setups.

I have a cat 5 (blue) cable coming out of wall for TV connection. The plug was accidentally ripped off - have tried (and failed) to rewire new plug and need someone who knows what they are doing. Probably only take them <10 min

We have just installed NBN in our home and have subscribed to TPG as our internet service provider. We need the Netcomm NF20MESH router and Netcomm CloudMesh Satellite NS-02 to be configured and setup

We are a shop with wifi issues since 2021. We have given up on trying to fix the weak or non-existent connection as the service provider cannot find any issues (remotely) and cannot send a technician. We are only allowed to use the same service provider, and cannot switch. As a result, we have been using hotspot to our mobile. We have new speakers which require wifi connection, as well as a new POS system. Now we need to fix the internet issue and think the placement of the router and modem may be the issue. Looking for someone who can come and fix it set up the system. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything and now the internet is no longer connected at all.

Want to use as a router not access point

I have a internet patch in my bedroom that is only functioning intermittently. I have tried changing cables and lots of other things but nothing has worked. The connection intermittently degrades and sometimes drops out entirely, then returns. I want someone to come in and figure out a what is wrong. Is it the patch plug itself or something else? I'm also open to just extending better quality wifi down to this end of the house. I'm running NBN to a router in the kitchen that is patched into the wall there.

Experiencing very slow internet speeds. Have purchased new router but no joy. NBN connection all good but need help everything from there.

1. Sonos - we have 2x Roam 2's; 2x One's; a Playbar and a Beam. All connected and set up in the Sonos App. Task is to get each Sonos device to play different songs on different devices at the same time (to stop everyone overriding each other to listen to their music on their device). We have Spotify premium and 4 Spotify accounts. 2. Backhauling - We have set up the internet to backhaul. All of the cabling is in. All points are connected with cabling, going through a splitter. Task is to connect it to the modem to get it working (we have a modem with a land-line).

Needing a tech person to reconnect a QNAP server and mac mini to m y home network so i can access from my MacBook. I have just relocated from UDA and need to get both devices online. I have all relevant power connections and passwords. Just unsure exactly how to connect to my new network and wifi.

I have a Mac mini and a Dell Monitor. The internet connection sometimes freezes or is very slow. I use a signaller but that doesn't seem to help. My phone, laptop and another computer in my home have no issues with internet speed.
