Need ACMA technician to fix internet connection in new home. We just moved into a new unit and the internet company told us that we have an ‘empty socket issue’ and the we needed an ACMA technician to help us with the internet connection.

Hi there, I have an opal card terminal bonded with my device （verifone). These two was brought to my shop in Burwood. However, when I connect the device to the Internet via cable, using Ethernet, it does not function as it says ‘no IP address found’. Tried restarted however does not work. Please kindly help, thanks

Experiencing very slow internet speeds. Have purchased new router but no joy. NBN connection all good but need help everything from there.

1. Sonos - we have 2x Roam 2's; 2x One's; a Playbar and a Beam. All connected and set up in the Sonos App. Task is to get each Sonos device to play different songs on different devices at the same time (to stop everyone overriding each other to listen to their music on their device). We have Spotify premium and 4 Spotify accounts. 2. Backhauling - We have set up the internet to backhaul. All of the cabling is in. All points are connected with cabling, going through a splitter. Task is to connect it to the modem to get it working (we have a modem with a land-line).

My Internet has been quite laggy recently and I’m not sure why. Attached the Internet Speed, Modem, & I also already use a Router. What I need: 1. Internet Stability 2. Setting up extended Ethernet Cables that are not as visible/hidden but connects to important parts of the house 3. Fast Internet at night time I already have a pretty quick Internet from Telstra. In general, I work from home & do Zoom meetings every day. When my partner also works from home, sometimes my Zoom gets laggy & if my phone connects to the Internet I also get laggy. My partner’s dad also sometimes stream videos and that would affect my meetings as well. And at night time - when I play games, it also gets laggy, sometimes even dropping out completely. my android phones hotspot used to tether to the my laptop and tablet, now it wont do it anymore and i have to do workarounds, like USB tether to my laptop and bluetooth tether to my tablet, but I dont want to do it like that.
