2 stories, 4 Bedrooms house, need to paint the interior walls, ceiling to Natural White (current ceiling color), 1. If ceiling can be covered, one coat is enough, there is one ceiling need multiple coats 2. Painting of all internal walls and ceiling of newly installed external studio. Paint will be supplied. Scope includes: - 2 coats of all ceiling, walls and trimming in the studio. - All walls and ceiling have been preped and ready for painting, all holes and gaps filled, sanded and surfaces wiped down with sugar soap wipes. - Walls and ceilings are all VJ board. - Ceiling, walls and trims are all to be painted same paint and colour to make cutting in of trim easier - Studio consists of main living area - (~4m x ~3.3m), bathoom (~2m x ~1.8m) and a closet (~1.5m x ~1.8m). Walls are generally in good condition- just light prep/minimal to nil patch req. not much fiddly work- there are picture rails in 2 rooms and a wardrobe in each. I will supply the paint. You will need brushes, prep equipment, drop sheets ladders.

Under my TV I had a cable hider which has now been removed (cables now in the wall) and adhesive mark below TV needs to be filled and painted. I have managed to get the adhesive off and it’s taken away some paint which has left 2 gaps needing filled and painted.
