My husband will be dealing with everything. We have purchased a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property and it will be our first home so we want to get it all professionally painted before move in. Hand over date is 21st of July and I'd like the painting to start that day if possible or 22nd, hopefully being completed within a week. The bedroom with the robe in won't need painting but the rest of the house will need walls, ceilings and all skirting painting including prep work before to ensure a professional finish. .for the multi skilled we also have several other jobs we would like doing so if I good job is done there is more work in epoxy floor for the garage, hybrid flooring installation throughout the house, potentially tiling in the bathrooms and kitchen and door hanging and installation. Need to get my dads Apartment freshened yo for either selling or renting out it’s a two bedroom ground floor apartment walls are currently like an off white almost bathroom ceiling is flaking and will need to be sanded back otherwise there’s not much damage that will need to be fixed before going ahead with a paint I’m pretty sure. Just wanting it painted the normal white colour an apartment would normally painted not hospital white but something warmer. Kitchen and Loungeroom then two bedrooms and a bathroom all quite small.

We need some cosmetic spot touchups of internal and external paint at house. Someone experienced to do a nice blended job with equipment / ladder. Also want minor repairs to chipped timber with builders bog etc to be then painted. Some of the examples in photos - a few of these around the house.
