We are after some ceiling insulation for our existing house in Mudjimba - SUNSHINE COAST (trussed roof house). We have a ceiling space of 112m2 and have some rolls of insulation R3.0 fat batts (that are just sitting in our roof cavity) approx. 30m2. Do you recommend using these along with the standard batts that you install (ie over bathrooms). Putting insulation in the roof cavity

I have 5x bags on 90mm insulation which needs to be installed on the walls and ceiling of my shed. 6mx6.5m in size I will then be installing some plaster and yellow tongue which I would like help with. 8hrs on Thursday (7am till 3.30pm) and 8hrs on Friday (7am till 3.30pm).
