Chasing someone to do insulation for my house.

Temporary solution to reduce traffic noise coming through the bedroom window. I was thinking of using either a 12/16 mm MDF or Plywood board, glueing sound absorbing insulation batts on the board and nailing/screwing the board against the exisiting window frame. Open to other suggestions. Materials not provided.

Note please do not include the Porch area, Deck area and garage as part of the quote pricing as it is not required in these areas (i.e no roof) There is 1 roll of insulation bats up there installed from the previous owner. This may need to be placed in better position or alternatively can be kept in position if installed correctly. There is roof access internally as well. Please provide your quote with the R-rating of the recommended bats.

We also need someone to help enclose an area of our house to make a firewood cupboard, we have an A-frame style house and want to enclose a section to store firewood. Help to install insullation on a new build shed structure at a property in Fairfield Road. Probably 5/6 hours work for competent person.

I have 5x bags on 90mm insulation which needs to be installed on the walls and ceiling of my shed. 6mx6.5m in size I will then be installing some plaster and yellow tongue which I would like help with. 8hrs on Thursday (7am till 3.30pm) and 8hrs on Friday (7am till 3.30pm).
