We have an approx 5.8m x 6m roof space over our deck that we’d like insulated from the underside. No new roof or removing roof sheets. Will need batons between beams, insulation blanket and AC sheets, joiners. We want to leave the primary beams exposed. And seal the ends so vermin cannot get in. There is currently a light and power running along one of the beams that also needs to be managed.

I have concrete tiles with no sarking. Also only half of the roof is filled with R2.5 insulation. I need someone to do the sarking or other type of reflective foil to be stapled between the rafters. Also instead of fully replacing, I I would rather reuse and push the existing R2.5 towards the back of the house (roof covered patio and the garage) and top up the rest of the roof with at least R3.5, preferably R5 (I prefer synthetic batts, I don't like the glass wool in case I need to work around it). But an aluminium foil is a must. I'm replacing the downlights and the exhaust fans so that you can lay the insulation without any gaps. I may paint the roof white in the future but can't afford replacing the tiles.

Cut and fit insulation to outside pergola area. 36 sq feet. Similar to shed insulation, no ceiling. No idea of cost so will put min amount in 'budget' but would welcome quotes.

URGENT. Need some insulation moved into my ceiling via Manhole before house inspection this afternoon. I would do it myself, but have a newborn. Est. 45-60 minutes work if that. There are two bags of insulation and ladder is ready to go. Literally just need to put them in. I can spread them out in the ceiling at a later date. Please wear long sleeve clothing.
