Hello. My neighbour has got a new dog that is barking and waking me up early in the morning. I have had double glazing installed, but with little effect. I think the sound is coming through the roof. I would like someone who has some experience with soundproofing to look for gaps above the window (air holes or vents) to seal, and, install some acoustic insulation in the ceiling. I'm open to suggestions on the best method. Happy to pay by the hour since it's a fairly open ended job.

The ceiling insulation bats are already in the roof (ready for installation) but need to be professionally installed by somebody that knows what they’re doing. Access is limited but there is ceiling insulation currently in the hardest to reach locations. I would estimate there’s probably a few hours work involved for someone that knows what they’re doing.
