Patching and painting 2 bedrooms and a hallway/entrance. Old Victoria home, with high ceilings. One bedroom requires more patching and has pressed metal ceilings. The other a ceiling rose. Entrance is half pressed metal. Would like skirting boards, cupboards and doors and door frames painted. No painting required on large bedroom window frame. We are living in the house, so no sprays. We can move furniture out but in stages due to limited storage capacity. We need someone with attention to detail. Budget to include all paint and fees.

Property is solid brick unit, painted, paint is in reasonable condition however we have about two dozen minor cracks and some flaking paint in the cornaces. There is also paint lifting in the bathtub.
