Hey there, attached are photos of my 3 bedroom one bathroom , one toilet house. I'd like all the walls to be finished in lexicon quarter and ceilings finished in flat white. House is currently vacant and the job needs to be completed by the 20th of April.

Repair / restore Steel frame windows, putty calking. External only. Clean and prepare windows cavity for painting. Fill in cracks in caulking, Apply 1 coat of primer to all painted surfaces, Apply 2 coats of enamel to all painted surfaces, Clean area on completion.

Looking for a Proffesional, experienced plasterer / painter with strong customer review. I need to paint the interior of a double story townhouse. There are 3 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, stairway, living area and kitchen, laundry and single garage. Walls, Doors, skirtings, architraves and ceiling to be painted. The paint will mainly be neutral color however there might be 1 or 2 feature walls. There were some cracks on plaster and ceiling that need repair prior to painting.
