I need a painter to paint the front of my house as I’m getting the house ready for sale. I will supply the scaffolding. The job needs to be done asap. I know the colors. I can supply paint if you prefer. The job requires 2 coats. I will also need the inside of the house painted in the next couple of weeks. I am painting a weatherboard house and require help to paint some of the ‘hard to get’ spots, gutters & fascia’s. I require someone with a ladder. Painting materials will be supplied. 4hrs work.

I’m looking for a simple solution to cover this orange wood. A simple white paint. Professional companies charging a lot of money that unfortunately, I simply can’t afford .

Need painting on rendered facade and face near roof. Both can be the same colour as the facade of house

External • Repaint rendered street-facing ~13m boundary wall (both sides). (Wall has been pressured cleaned since photos taken) • Repair cracks in low rendered wall and repaint (2 low walls inside garden area) • Prepare and repaint steel gates (1 x double gate, 1x single gate) and letterbox (both sides). Total gate width 4.1m (Gates have been pressure cleaned since photos taken) • Repaint timber boundary fence in front yard (~ 13m). • Repair, (replaster where necessary) and repaint cabana ceiling. • Repair and repaint/touch up (bottom parts only) of ground floor window frames and doors. • Repaint timber boundary fence in back yard (three sections totalling ~25m). (Requires some repairs to trellis) • Prepare and repaint red timber slats in pool area (~15m2) • Paint or oil slatted timber screen. • Paint rusted downpipe brackets. Internal • Repair water damage to wall and skirting board in one bedroom. • Repair water damage to wall in dining room. • Patch paint over 4-5 water damaged ceiling areas throughout house and garage. • Repair and repaint/touch up of ground floor door and window frames (7-8 doors). • Repair and re-colour water damaged floor board in family room. • Re-seal/grout base of shower in master ensuite. Notes I have the paint (and specifications) for all but the ceilings and the red pool surround, though possibly not in the quantities needed.

External painting of our house needed. Pressure wash then two coats on white wood top half of house & undersides/ceilings. Some eaves & wood work may need repair/replacement. 3 bedroom living kitchen dining needs single coat of paint before moving in

I need someone to do two coats of paint to my ceilings in my hallway, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is a 2 bedroom unit, so it is not a big house. All the paint is provided by me as are paint brushes and rollers. If you have your own equipment you like to use then feel free to use that too. The walls have been prepped and sugarcoat washed. The 2 bedrooms and kitchen are having some slight problems with previous paint peeling that will need some sanding and maybe some primer. Ceiling peeling as seen in pictures. I have already done one layer of ceiling paint to the two bedrooms, but need someone who knows how to deal with some small paint peeling patches.

2 x coats on all interior walls and roofs, same colour across all surfaces 2 x coats on trims, door frames and window frames. All paint supplied by us. Paint colour for walls and ceiling is the same colour so no fiddle bits around the cornices All walls will be prepped, but you will need to provide and apply all masking. $40 per hour - sand the railing and posts for painting. Please only comment if your happy with that prices. It's a small job won't take long and I have all the tools just but the time.

We’ve recently had new lights installed across our home and have multiple small holes visible that we need filled/sanded. In addition to this, we have attempted some patch ups in other areas that aren’t the best, so we will need these areas sanded down/corrected.
