Leaking hot water system

I have a gas hot water system (attached photo) which works perfectly for most of the time but at times the hot water stops upstairs when someone is using it downstairs, earlier the water would still be hot upstairs with a lesser pressure but now it altogether stops. May need to be checked and repaired for any issues.

Need licensed plumber. Hot water unit - Level appliance as required - Drain and disconnect hot water unit - Alter pipework to allow unit to be raised above concrete level - Supply and install concrete base below hot water service approx. 150mm thick - Reinstate unit, lag all pipework - Test and commission system - instead of concrete, if its easier to use brick /quick dry cement, lets do that Please provide your best solution and make sure to be compliant.

Hot water in a bathtub is not coming out. I’m not sure why and not sure for how long it has been an issue

Need someone to extend the PTR valve discharge pipe to meet safe distance requirements (just need a short extension). And install pipe lagging (insulation) to the exposed hot water pipe.

My hot water system has started beeping since today morning. Earlier there were some water dropping down, it might be a leakage issue or low battery issue. Can someone come and have a look at it and repair if it is needed? How much is gonna cost for repairing the issue?
