The solar hot water pipe on my roof is leaking badly (please see attached photos). It looks like the black flexible pipe has burst and water is spraying out near the solar collector. I need someone experienced in solar hot water or plumbing to inspect and repair/replace the damaged pipe. Roof access is required. Please bring tools and replacement parts if possible.

Hot water service is not working

I have an AquaMax 215 hot water unit. I’m not sure if the unit needs replacing or can be started. Hoping someone a plumber can either get this started or let me know if the unit needs to be replaced.

Hot water is running to all other taps in the apartment and the dishwasher adjacent to the kitchen sink. There is no hot water coming out of the kitchen sink. When the tap handle turns to hot- no water comes out. The hot water tap sitting in at the back of the cabinet is turned on.

I need tempering valve change. I am getting very lukewarm water in hot water system.
