The water is not hot enough in one of the showers. The water gets hot enough to use the shower if moved all the way to hot side and if the water pressure is reduced significantly. Not sure what is the problem but it might be tempering valve or thermostatic mixing valve. There is a manhole above the door in the bathroom.
