Timber framed external awning to be constructed over our new invertors & batteries to protect from the sunshine (north facing wall). Ideally to match similar to the two external awnings over our existing windows (see pictures). Dimensions for awning needed - 3.15m wide, with a 600mm overhang, 500mm deep off the wall and a 300mm drop from top to bottom (to match existing awnings) Needs placing 500mm above invertors for compliance (so may not be level with existing awnings which is fine). We have some spare timber on site that could be utilised, so an inspection prior to quotation may help in terms of pricing up. No painting necessary but all fixings to be included as part of quote.

I have broken a small piece of a corner and need it to be cut and repaired

Looking for a licensed electrician to install 3 new ceiling fans and provide certification/proof this was done by a licensed electrician. • 2 x DC Calibo Smart CloudFan 48 with light • 1 x DC Calibo Smart CloudFan 52” with light Two of the fans will be replacing existing ceiling fans in the room that have a 2-gang light switch with fan knob. I assume these will need to changed to 1-gang. Please confirm, happy to supply new switch if more economical. • Room 1️⃣: Replace existing ceiling fan with new 52” ceiling fan. • Room 2️⃣: Replace existing ceiling fan with new 48” ceiling fan and remove 2 x existing downlights.
