I’m looking for someone experienced with basic exterior timber repairs and painting to tidy up the upper section of my house. As shown in the photos, the job involves: * Repairing/replacing some damaged or broken timber around the exterior wall/roof area. * Cleaning the exterior rendered wall to remove the dirt, staining and build-up. * Preparing the surface for painting. * Painting the exterior wall and repaired timber so the area looks clean and tidy again. * Some areas are above the roof, so you will need to be comfortable and suitably equipped to work safely at height. I will provide all materials, including paint and timber as required. Please bring your own tools and equipment needed to complete the work. I’m looking for someone with experience in exterior house maintenance, carpentry/handyman work and painting. Please see the attached photos for the areas requiring attention. When making an offer, please let me know your experience with similar work and whether your offer includes everything needed to complete the labour.

The roller rod came off from the wall leaving hole in the wall. Need someone to fix the wall and the rod back to the wall.

We are finishing off our new bathroom & require a shower screen to be installed. We have ordered the shower screen & fixing clips & are just requiring it to be installed. It is a 1200W x 2000H frameless screen using clips to be installed to the tiled wall as per the attached photo.

Hi i need curtain hooks screwed into the wall. Brand are very basic Ikea hooks. There are 12 hooks -I don’t have a drill so I cannot do. You will also need a ladder. It is into hardwood. Probably less than 1 hour work.

gyprock quick job at bottom of wall

A number of smallish tasks 1) Outside holes. Fill holes in external cladding and paint. paint supplied. Solar inverter removed so screw holes now exposed. See picture. 2) Fill and paint holes in gyprock cornering. From puppy eating the wall (seriously). Paint supplied supplied. See picture 3) Install magnetic door stop onto internal door. Doorstop supplied 4) Install second towel rail, into bathroom gyprock Towel rail supplied 5) Certain rail into wooden frame/gryrock. Certain rail supplied 6) Address internal door from sticking to frame.

I need the fabric roll re attached to the end of the retractable awning. The awning is about 3.4 wide .
