Hi In my investment property, the tenant tried to open a window in the bathroom. It was stuck, so they applied extra force, which resulted in their hand slipping and breaking the glass (see photo). I need this window replaced as soon as possible. It's about (~55 cm by ~55 cm). Also, the tenant is requesting that the other windows in the home, which also have difficulty in opening due to being stuck or jammed, could be addressed to prevent similar accidents in the future. This might involving sanding or lubricating the windows to ensure they can be opened. The property is located in Willmot NSW. I think you'll need to come to measure the broken window first and then install a new window. Please provide the quote to replace the window (inclusive of all materials and labour cost) as well as checking and doing basic maintenance on the other windows so the issue won't happen for other windows in the future.
