I am purchasing 2 new ceiling fans that are DC and have remote controls. We require the installation in 2 different bedrooms. Currently there is a light in the middle of one of the bedrooms that we are happy to replace with this fan. The other bedroom has an air conditioning duct in the centre of the room, but we are happy to have the fan off centre for that room. The linear pendant light is to be installed in the kitchen to replace the light already present. Pictures attached.

Front door frame has been compromised and needs replacing. The wood panel on the side where the lock part of the door goes has been cracked and nails will not hold it where it needs to be so it won’t hold close or lock and needs a new wood panel. Need to be able to lock. A new key system to be installed also please.
