We have a large wall mirror in our lounge that has been hanging for about 4 years. One of the hanging strings broke, and the mirror came down. The mirror itself is not broken, but we need: • The string replaced or reinforced for secure hanging • One corner of the wooden frame re-glued/repaired • The mirror re-mounted securely back onto the wall

I have an issue with my postbox. It needs to be moved forward so the postie can reach it. I had a garden bed installed and it is in the way. I need help with moving the post box about 50cm forward onto the garden bed. I think this can be done using the existing postbox without needing a new one, but if it does not work I might need to buy one and have it installed there.

Roof Maintenance Required 1. Gutters and downpipes are blocked by leaf debris. 2. Broken roof tiles and slippage of roof tiles have been identified. 3. Flashings appear aged and some bent and must be checked to ensure they are watertight. 4. Some cracking of mortar to capping was evident with some cappings easily lifted. 5.Broken roof tiles were found obstructing the valleys. 6. Whole roof repointed 7. Complete roof washing Maintenance works are required to help preserve and extend the life span of the roof. A licensed builder, roof plumber and/or roofing contractor is required to fix it
