Find an experienced handyman in Rooty Hill

Hello! I am looking for someone with knowledge and one that I can work WITH to find a solution. My wall in the hallway has clear water damage. I need someone with carpentry experience, or is a carpenter, to assess the damage, remove the wall, suggest ways to fix & to prevent issue then placing another wall. There is a shower behind this wall. I recently had regrouted the shower wall & floor (not sure if this is a permanent fix). Carpet was removed due to the flooding. After regrouting, have not had flooding but the wall is already damaged. Shower may not have waterproofing so I need someone who can clearly outline the issue and knows how to prevent this from occurring in the future than just completing the job! *Price is an estimate. Some springs are broken in my 3 seater lounge and needs repair

A couple of panels in the roof eaves is coming off, need to fix it back on using screws, brackets etc. Cannot just pop it back in, it needs to be screwed and maybe glued. It’s a double story house, so you need the right ladder. See photos

Need to install 2 Ceiling fans (Size 1160mm) in the living room. Wiring and bracket support already provided by the builder. 2 fans has to be between the pendant. Replace the single pendant light with the fans.
