Find an experienced handyman in Ringwood North

There is water damage to a small section of timber behind the kitchen tap (see photos). The wood has dark staining and water marks from long-term exposure. Looking for someone to sand it back, treat any mould/staining, and reseal the area to protect it from further damage. Not expecting it to look completely brand new, but getting it close in colour would be great if doable — just a neat, tidy, sealed repair to improve appearance and prevent further deterioration.

I need a freestanding gas fireplace installed and flued. It’s going to be an Escea DFS 940 in a single story house with 3/4 gas line 2m away with easy access. I will be supplying the flue. Thanks

Our outdoor ziptrak blinds are loose and not tight creating the look as you see in the photos below. They were installed around 5 years ago. I would like to see if this can be fixed and they can be realigned so the fabric is tight. The 2 x blind measurements are approximately 5.4m & 3.5m. Let me know if you think you can assist.

Install a cupboard door (using an old cupboard door we have) which also allows us to open our dishwasher and matches the esthetic of our old kitchen. For context we recently reduced some of our cupboard space to get a dishwasher installed. We still have the old cupboard doors, but need an installation solution as the dishwasher comes out a little bit further that we anticipated so we it impacts the door opening. We are looking for someone to remove broken concrete storm water cover and lintel and installed new lintel and stormwater cover plus concreting to match guttering. Photos show the existing concrete lid and lintel to be removed, the new lintel and cover to be installed and also a photo of what the finished job should look like. Handyman type job - Bathroom glass door has a chrome holder on top which is broken. I need help to measure and suggest me the right type of chrome to buy and install it.

Our corner of the roof has rotted and come out. Not sure how to explain properly. But please look at the photo attached. I need someone that can fix that plus locate (through the whole house around roof side) any other holes that need to be fixed. Main problem is. We suspect we have possum or rats in our wall cavity. I need someone to locate all small2 holes and fixed it. But at the same time make a 1 way flap for the biggest hole that found. So the animal that inside our wall cavity can come out safely without end up dead in it. Please send me a quote if you have experience in doing this before. Thank you

3 Doors. They are wobbly and have a few missing parts. They require tracks, side guides and the timber panel to hide the rollers.
