Need fixing asap. We are located in Ormiston, a bakery. Someone tried to get in and broke down the lock

We have a few walls that need some patching and painting to match existing. We also need 8 door stops installed. Paint and door stops supplied, please bring plaster and necessary equipment to do job.

1. Attach the spa cover to the spa. Need to drill holes. 2. The tap on the kitchen sink is loose. 3. Attach the Dyson vacuum charging base to the wall. 4. The front door is difficult to properly close. Might need to be refitted. 5. Paint chipping off the wall next to the front door. 6. Fix the legs of 6 x dining room chairs that are loose. 7. Attach the lid of the window seat to the cabinet.

I have window outside top bedroom . The corner of the frame has hole size of golf ball . With cyclone Alfred rain came in and wet rooms . So need it repaired .

Smith machine needs to be set up.

Install a Coolaroo outdoor blind.

Second story townhouse, the panel under eves need replacing as when it rains its leaking through to the panel in the eves

Outdoor blinds were removed to fit glass doors, now glass guy decided he is not refitting blinds. 2 X 2800x2000 & 1 X 3500x 2800 (approx) All blinds, fittings & channels ready to go.

My cat has left some climb marks on fly screens - love someone to fix or replace? Thanks - this is a deposit for fixing

Hello. I’m renovating my bathroom. I have put villaboard on walls and aqua rated gyproc on ceiling. I need this taped and filled before I paint I also need this small hole filled and ceiling sanded in the other room. Not as big job but good to get both rooms done. Let me know how this changes price. Thanks

I require 5 privacy screens mounted on my back fence. High enough to cover the neighbours washing but only about 600mm above fence line. I can provide the screens from Bunnings but some will have to be cut around pillar etc

We bought bedside tables and chest of drawers from Comfort shop many years ago but one bedside table has a drawer that will no longer close. They were probably made in Italy and I can’t fine a brand name on them. It’s just one drawer and hubby is not handy.
