The roller garage door has a metal strip on one side and has come off. This is casing the door to get jammed while opening or closing the garage. The strip was carefully put back in place and the garage shut. The image shows when the garage was fully open. Upon closing the strip of metal was jamming the door.

Kitchen sink tap is leaking and the pipe is leaking under the sink

Experienced Handyman who can put 2 x 15 mm MDF panels into sides of cupboard and then attach/install the sliders/castors to them as drawers are too narrow to fit at present. Please see photo for reference. Instruction booklet available on steps to install sliders. We will need to work out whether we can use existing materials or more needs to be purchased. I would cover material costs. Happy to chat further to the right person.

One of the hinges on the toilet seat is loose, making the seat and lid wobbly. It looks like the mounting may just need tightening or adjusting, but I’m not sure how to access or secure it properly or what parts needed.

Electric Swing Gate is working fine. Motor seems to be working. However doesn’t close to the end as it get stuck towards the end. It seems to be dropped and get stuck at the concrete of the driveway. If the gate can be lifted or tighten?
