Looking for a reliable painter to do a small job in my home in Niddrie (3042). • Paint one small wall in a bedroom – Antique White (or similar). eg 3/4 strength is fine. (Patch up where shelves used to be installed first, might even get away with one top coat?) • Paint above kitchen cupboards and door frame in a small L-shaped kitchen, including the cornice. Happy to use your left over paint - kitchen cupboards are cream - no other walls/paint to match with, so as long as white/cream based. • Fill a few minor cracks above the cupboards before painting (see photo). Notes: • I don’t have the paint. Antique White (or very similar) and Ceiling White are very common colours, so if you already have some on hand, that’s great help in keeping price down. • Surfaces are in generally good condition; just need a tidy, professional finish.

Hi, I require someone to bring and install a round small cat door which will go into a glass sliding door. The hole has already been cut but the cat door has broken and needs to be replaced asap. Could anyone please do this job today as there is a gaping hole in my back door. Please note- I do not have the new cat door to be installed so am wanting someone who has the right cat door to install it.

I've got two rollerblinds (1x 150cm, 1x 90cm) and two curtain rods (one spanning 150cm, one spanning ~3.8m) that I need installed. I've already bought the curtain rods, ceiling mounts and roller blinds, but you might also need some additional hollow wall anchor screws, a stud finder, pencil, measuring tape etc. I also have a stepladder. I also need a couple of drywall screws removed and some light patching work done on one wall (see pictures).

A curtain rod has pulled loose from the plaster and clearly isn't able to hold the weight of the blockout curtains on it. I need the curtain rod reinstalled and secured in a way that will hold the weight better to prevent this happening again. I'd also (if possible) like the curtain rod raised slightly higher to the ceiling so that the blockout curtains cover the entire wall. (Price is 100% open to negotiation and discussion depending on work involved)

I have two doors one is in the garage and it doesnt gets locked because there a little bit more space in lock and metal frame so i wants you to fix it or attach some hook on it i have shown in the pics The other door gets closes with a little force as i thinks so it has got stretched down i have maybe you have to rub it from the lower side

I have two doors that need repairing. One is a sliding door and it does not open fully and only about 4/5th the way. The other is a bedroom door which does not close. Unsure if this is due to the house moving or due to the hinges needing some repairing. Pictures hopefully help.
