someone has lifted the toilet lid off and now toilet keeps flushing. turned water off but need fixed.

The roller blind chain has come loose and is stuck inside the mechanism. It appears to have disconnected internally and I’m unable to reconnect it myself as the blind is positioned high up and I don’t have a ladder. I need someone to attend and reconnect/fix the chain so the blind operates normally again. A ladder will be required to access the blind.

- back access gate (colourbond) needs realigning with fence, has moved out of alignment and latch/lock not working - front gardenbed sleeper needs knocking back in, starting to lean
