Install aluminium screen in backyard. Would like the two poles concreted into the ground and fixed onto the screen. Ideally so the screen is sitting flush against the paving on the garden side, similar to what you can see in photos (we are holding up the screen without the poles). Poles are 2400mm high, screen is 2200 X 1200.

We have bifold doors in our alfresco and one of the hinges came off and so it needs to be replaced and installed. The doors need slight realignment too since it’s not sliding smoothly .

I need retic leak repaired- potentially adding 5 or 6 sprinklers. It’s an easy job- no more than an hour. Could have done it myself except I have a fractured arm at the moment

Remove 2 light fixtures in ceiling and install 2 ceiling fans (with lights) and the wall controls in 2 bedrooms. Ceiling fans will be pre-purchased from Bunnings.

The plastic drain on the front of our driveway is warped on out of place. The paying is now starting to come away as well. I would like the drain replaced and the paving fixed. The plastic drain is 110 mm.

Remove nib wall in the family area and replace the tiles around it (19 tiles). Cut nib wall in the kitchen down to the level of cabinet bench and install a new timber bench on top. Tiles and timber bench will be provided.

Clothing rack to be installed

Just had carpets installed and need 5 doors planed. 3-4mm from the bottom of each one. Doesn’t have to be today but today is preferred. Cheers
