I’ve tried to do some DIY painting on some repaired plaster patches on some walls at the Gym but I reckon it could be done better 🤔

I want a handyman / jack of all trades to do a inspection of a investment property for me. Give an estimate of the repair costs to get it rental ready. Then do the actual repairs on the property after I purchase the property. The property likely needs hardwood floor refurb. Might need replacement of bathroom vanity and tiles pressure wash. Moisture on kitchen ceiling, pavement in backyard needs repair. And bricks have black spots +

Need a Kaboodle kitchen installed. Including the benchtop, plumbing and gas connections etc. Cabinets will be pre assembled

3 roller blinds to be taken down and 3 new ones to be installed. Lounge and 2 bedrooms. All brackets and screws supplied. I will dispose of the old blinds.

Our Hisense TV has an LCD issue, where the colours are blurry and have lines through the screen, I’ve attached photos. Hoping for an easy fix or for someone to advise if it’s worth replacing.

Hello, have a scania edge 50 fireplace I need moved into position. Also Need help sourcing a compressed fibre cement sheet to place under fireplace (approx 20mm in depth cut to slightly smaller than fireplace base which is 482w x 334d.This will then need to placed on hebel bench and Fireplace needs to be placed on top ready for Plummer to install - if you are a qualified Plummer that can also install even better :) Fireplace is boxed on studio and needs to be brought into house so will need a trolley or two people perhaps as 100kg (I can try and help )

To install a Bunnings DIY sliding door which requires drilling screws as it is lockable. The door needs to be installed and connected to the sliding glass door.. also need tradesperson to puppy proof the side gate as there is a gap which the puppy can escape from .
