I am looking for someone to assist with retro installing sound proofing in the roof of a small room on the ground floor of my home. I believe that a false roof can be installed with sound proofing wool batts inside and plastered over. I am open to other ideas and suggestions. Looking for people who have experience with this kind of thing to advise. The price is unknown to me and negotiable. Only qualified tradespeople with insurance should apply. A light fitting will need to be moved to accommodate.

The awning window highlighted in yellow is what needs to be replaced to a fixed window. This is to stop the glass door getting smashed if the awning window is open and someone opens the door into it.

Just ordered a Easyshed 3m x 2.25m Gable Roof Shed and when it's delivered want it installed in my level backyard in McCrae 3938 - Is this something you could assist with? My budget is $300 I also want to have the grass removed and have it built on a concrete paver floor (400 x 400 x 40) so is that a service you also offer? I have no idea what that would cost so would be open to what your fee would be?

I have a plastic awning, 2 meters x 1 meter that I want put above my laundry door. One end will go into wood, the other end into brickwork. I can supply the bolts if needed, or you supply and I’ll pay for them. The awning has been put together already, just needs to be put up. I can help hold it up/assist with installation if needed just can’t do it by myself.

Approx 1500m width - 2000 height (up to the height of the top of the top shelf - horizontal timber panel) Running from the right side of baskets / shelves to the wall on the right in the photo. Plastered up only on the side facing. - Due date: Flexible

Carpenter to install door frame and lock to an existing barn door as per photos attached. Need to be fixed perfectly, door is brand new. No mistakes We will supply the timber and the lock. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 29 August 2023
