During heavy rain, water leaks from both bottom corners of the bathroom window. The leak appears to be coming from around the window frame — possibly due to damaged sealing, flashing, or blocked drainage but I am not too sure. I’m looking for someone experienced in window sealing and waterproofing who can: Inspect the bathroom window to identify the source of the leak Check both inside and outside the window (it is on the first floor, so you may need to bring your own ladder for external access) Reseal, repair, or replace any necessary parts to prevent future water ingress Check and clear weep holes on approximately 4 to 5 other windows to ensure proper drainage Provide advice if further structural or waterproofing work is needed.

Hi there! I’ve picked up a great old table lamp at an auction, but the plug was cut off and the cord is too short to use safely. I’d like to get it rewired and have the 60W bulb fitting checked and replaced if needed. I already have a brand-new replacement cord with an in-line switch — just need someone who knows what they’re doing to fit it properly and confirm the bulb fitting is safe/replace it if required. Happy for the work to be done at my place in Mango Hill, or I can drop the lamp to you if you’re not too far away. If you’re experienced with lamp repairs or basic electrical work, I’d love to hear from you!

2 tasks required: - Task 1 - install a double curtain holder rod into a stud in a steel frame house. We already have the rod (250cm) and rod holder (see photos) that need to be screwed into the walls. But do not have the right screws needed for the steel frame. - Task 2 - we have installed a security camera above our garage. It comes with a mini solar panel that needs to be attached to our colorbond roof so it can charge the solar camera. This task involves attaching the mini solar panel (size of my hand - see pictures) to the roof.
