Find an experienced handyman in Lancefield

Few minor handyman tasks, including door to bathroom not properly closing and toilet door not locking

I have a few jobs that need fixing around the house, washer on tap, flywire redone on door, wooden window sill that need sanding & painting (nothing major) a small hole in ceiling that needs to be covered due to water but now fixed, a bit of concrete inbetween bricks from movement in my sunroom, a few items, gate & facia will need pressure hose down from mildew. Nothing major & bricks on outside need pressure hose as well, a few nails here & there need banging back in. Happy to pay that amount but please understand that is labour & materials & of course a good job :)

I have some small jobs that need doing just basic handyman stuff that I cannot do, some will take no time, others might be a bit longer. Too many to put on... PLEASE NOTE... As I have been in undated with messages, I should of specified that the materials would be part of the cost, not an additional cost.. It is not alot, it's mainly being able to fix them. Easy for the one in the know.. Please only accept if your willing to do this.

With the rain the last few days my garage is leaking I don't know why but it's starting to flood a little bit and I need help urgently. It's a standard size garage and leak is coming from approx middle of garage but down the wall like a waterfall , no apparent hole and garage is currently being used for storage Anytime would be preferable. Install a door connecting two rooms. We have door x 2 (no jam). It’s Masonite on one side, timber on other. Install door, remove rubbish. Needs handles and hinges. We have lots of work that needs doing around the farm.

Alarm system is a "Ness R8" and needs to be working before house is sold. It hasn't worked for a few years and needs to be re-set. - Due date: Before Thursday, 23 June 2022
