Double sectional garage door does not work smooth

Hi, We have an old wooden chicken coop that needs smashing down and removing from the site. We have a new flatpack metal/wire one that needs to be built on the same day. Images hopefully tell the full story. The supplier Royal Rooster said we should be able to do it ourselves, but I'm not feeling confident. Please let me know if you need further information.

A variety of household maintenance jobs on my home. This work will be done over several weeks, preferably starting between the 16th and 26th of September (school holidays). After that you'll need to be available on Mondays or Saturdays, as I work the other days and have a big dog. You need your own tools and sound experience and references for household maintenance. Jobs include plastering small holes in walls; fixing broken vanity and rail in bathroom; replacing a kitchen sink, replacing a back door, installing bedroom blinds; fixing bedroom shelving; minor paint repairs; fixing leaky taps; repairing dry rot on outside walls. The work will be ongoing. I'll source all the materials in consultation.
