I need someone to: • Inspect the gap between the roller door and wall • Supply and install a new garage door side weather seal • Reseal between the metal door frame and brick wall with exterior-grade flexible sealant • Make it weather-, dust- and pest-proof Replace 2 sides of the garage door + bottom seal (see photos). • Remove old brittle seal • Install new PVC or rubber side weather seal • Apply exterior-grade flexible sealant between metal frame & brick • Check door alignment Preferred: Garage door technician or handyman ( if experienced with roller doors)

My shower door is not closing properly and keeps getting stuck/misaligned. I need someone experienced with shower screens or general handyman work to assess the issue and repair it so it closes smoothly and securely. The frame and glass appear intact, so it may just need realignment, adjustment of hinges, or tightening of fittings. See pics

Need an experienced handyman to fix a recurring issue with a sliding shower screen door. The middle panel (glass door) is constantly coming out of the top and/or bottom rail. The issue appears to be: • A broken or severely damaged roller/wheel component, visible in the bottom rail (see the images). • General wear and tear causing the door to lose its proper alignment and track. You have to Source and supply the necessary replacement parts and Repair/Replace the broken components and ensure the door is securely and smoothly moving within both the top and bottom tracks.
