Reinstall cornice post bathroom renovation, floor to ceiling tiled. approximately 10 linear meters in each bathroom . There are 2 bathrooms, the first (ensuite) is ready now. The second will be ready in a few weeks. The ensuite will require some flushing around old 300mm ceiling fan and small 100mm x 100mm cut out The second bathroom will also require approximately 2 square meters of ceiling to be replaced (old water leak) I will supply the cornice which I intend to paint prior to installation.

Fix a foldable desk to a wall (involves drilling into wall and ensuring level), hang a set of curtains in the same room (involves drilling into wall) and hanging a set of blinds in the master bedroom (involves drilling into wall)

Needing a the wall controller for a ceiling fan replaced. I have the replacement panel. The control knob and column have been snapped.

I have the ladder and the correct size hole is cut and framed in the ceiling. Maybe 3-4 hours work.
